Weddings During Covid

Are you looking for an COVID-19 Safe wedding in NJ

Planning a wedding was never an easy affair. There are just so many things that you need to do from deciding the marriage venue to choosing the perfect wedding dress. You also need to take care of the catering arrangements and ensure that everyone including the groom’s childhood friend gets an invite. Everything needs to be perfect because it is not every day that your sister or daughter gets married.

But in the era of Covid-19 things have just become even more complex, to put it mildly. Since these are unprecedented times, nobody is certain how to make all the arrangements and who to look for help. However, getting anxious about it, won’t help you in any manner. That is why, in order to aid you with the arrangements, we have prepared a list of suggestions. Maybe have a glance at it to get a better idea about where to begin the preparations.

·     Talk to the venue manager

Arranging a wedding during covid-19 is a challenging feat. However, if that is the hand you are dealt, you will have to work with it. Now, in order to do so, you will have to start by talking to your venue manager. Call him and ensure that you have enough space at the venue for maintaining social distancing. Also, talk to him about the sanitization measures he and his staff will be taking. If you are satisfied with his answers then give it a go or else you can start looking for a new venue that will accommodate your guests more comfortably.

·
Shorten your guest list

Maintaining social distancing during Coronavirus is a priority. So, if you are having a wedding during covid-19, try to invite as few people as you possibly can. Also, take care to invite only those guests who you know will follow the rules, like sanitizing their hands every 20 minutes and wearing the mask at all times. Remember, it is not the guests, but the bride and groom that are the center of the wedding.

·         Catering services

If you have hired catering services for your wedding, then call them to ask about the covid-19 preventive measures that they are following. Ensure that they will be employing only a few people to get the job done and that even those people will follow the rules.
